Question 2: How can I ask a sample from your company before I placed a bulk order?
Answer 2: Firstly, we should know the size and printing requests from you, then we can build a digital mock-up for you to check the design before we start to produce the samples. Our sales will recommend the proper printing and finishing method to you if you have no idea about that. We will start to do the samples after you confirmed all details about the packaging.
Question 3: What is the average lead time?
Answer 3: For samples, the lead time is about 7 days. For mass production, the lead time is 15-20 days after receiving the deposit payment. The lead times become effective when (1) we have received your deposit, and (2) we have your final approval for prepress file. If our lead times do not work with your deadline, please go over your requirements with your sale. In all cases we will try to accommodate your needs. In most cases we are able to do so.
