Question 2: How can I ask a sample from your company before I placed a bulk order?

Answer 2: Firstly, we should know the size and printing requests from you, then we can build a digital mock-up for you to check the design before we start to produce the samples. Our sales will recommend the proper printing and finishing method to you if you have no idea about that. We will start to do the samples after you confirmed all details about the packaging.

Question 3: How long will it take when I decided to try a sample from your company?

Answer 3: Generally speaking, it will take 3 working days after we confirmed the payment from you. Or It will take 7 working days if you have some special requests on the samples. For example, you want to put a spot UV patterns on the box or the bag.

Question 4: Is the sampling cost refundable?

Answer 4: Yes, it is refundable. We will refund all the sampling cost to you if the samples approved and you decided to place the bulk order. We will send back the sampling cost to you if the samples are not approved. Or you can ask us to improve the samples for free until you feel good to the new samples.

Question 5: How long will it take about the mass productions?

Answer 5: Usually speaking, we need 12 working days to complete the mass production of your order after we got your payment. The order quantity will influence the lead time a lot. We are running over 20 production lines, we believe that we can meet your requests on lead time no matter how urgent your order is.

Question 6: How does your company control the quality?

Answer 6: We have a special quality control team to manage the quality control. Our IQCs will inspect all the raw materials at the beginning of the mass production to make sure all the raw materials are qualified. Our IPQC will be inspect the semi-finished products and finished products randomly. Our FQC will inspect the final producing processing quality, and OQCs will make sure the paper packaging will be same as our customers requested.

Question 7: What’s your options on shipping and payment?

Answer 7: As to the shipping, we will use the air express for the sampling order. We will choose the most efficient shipping methods for our customers about the bulk order. We can supply the sea shipping, plane shipping, railway shipping for our customers. As to the payment, we can support the PayPal, West Union, bank transfer for the sampling order. And we can provide the bank transfer, L/C for the bulk order. The deposit is 30%, and the balanced is 70%.
